Siemens Gigaset repeater can extend the range of the DECT phone up to an additional 50 metres indoors and 300 metres outdoors (less than this in reality). Roaming is a feature and enables any handset to make calls and received anywhere within the range provided by the base / repeater. Their is no wiring required just plug it into the mains and within the existing base footprint to extend the range. More than one repeater can be used.
