The BT Inspire 1500 Cordless Telephone

The BT Inspire 1500 digital cordless phone is a stylish addition to the range of BT cordless telephones. With its contemporary design and easy to read blue backlit screen this telephone will look the part in the most sophisticated of environments. It comes with an integrated digital answering machine and is packed with useful features such as a handsfree speaker and text messaging.

The matching base station compliments the sophisticated design of the handsets and includes a handy control panel with message indicator. You can store an impressive 100 names and numbers in the directory (which can be copied between multiple handsets) and it also stores the last 30 incoming call details. It has caller display so you can see who is calling even when you are already engaged in a call. The built in speakerphone allows handsfree conversation which is great for a group chat or when your hands are busy.

It has good eco green credentials too with its low energy power supply and recyclable packaging.

Up to 12 hours talktime are available on a full charge and up to 120 hours of standby time are available when not in use.

Messages from the integrated 27 minute recording answering machine can be played back through either the base or handset for added confidentiality and can also be retrieved from an external phone using the remote playback feature. The base station includes a message indicator that displays when new messages are left. There are 2 pre-recorded outgoing messages that can be used on the answer machine or you can record your own personal outgoing message.

Other useful features on this phone include conference calling, call transfer between handsets, internal calls between handsets, polyphonic and standard ringtones with volume control and on/off facility, caller groups, quick dial memories, a headset socket, auto answer, secrecy feature, handset naming, keypad lock, earpiece volume control, call timer, clock, alarm, low battery alert, out of range indicator and alert and a text message memory.
