Next generation Polycom expandable conference phone

Polycom have taken value and performance to the next level, the SoundStation2 is Polycom’s next generation conference phone that delivers remarkable voice quality which is equal to that of the (more expensive) SoundStation Premier. It also provides a 50% increase in microphone pick up and adds new features including the convenience of connecting a gsm phone, plus an LCD display.

By adding extra microphones all of the users around the conference table will be heard in greater clarity by the remote external caller. Usually extra mics will be required when 5+ users are present.

Smart technology, such as Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR), provides maximum microphone sensitivity, while reducing distracting room and background noise. Also the SoundStation2 offers 360-degree microphone coverage with intelligent mixing – so only the microphone closest to the speaker is on for crystal clear conferencing
